Main Responsibilities:
主要职责
1. Responsible for the specification, development, design and build of current and new End of Line Tester (EOL-tester) suitable to our products in the SSC and Automotive area acc. to MQ Standard.
负责现有的或新的终端测试机的技术规范拟定、开发、设计及搭建工作，使其符合马夸特设计标准并适用于电动工具和汽车业务生产要求
2. Responsible for the improvement and debugging of our current End of line testers acc. to MQ Standard.
负责根据马夸特标准改进和调试现有的终端测试机
3. Estimated the cost of assembly jig and tester for product quotation
负责装配夹具和测试机成本估算
4. Having the project lead for new testers and improvement for current testers
主导项目中新测试机开发及现有测试机改进工作
5. Coordinate, plan and push project team member work.
协调，规划和管控项目团队成员的工作
6. Responsible for Lab tester for QA
为实验室测试机提供Labview技术支持
7. Responsible for Maintenance plan for EOL tester and automatic assembly equipment
负责制定EOL测试机及自动装配设备的维护计划
8. Support production for trouble shouting for equipment
向生产部门提供设备现场检修及故障排除支持
9. Coordinate and define spare parts for EOL tester and automatic assembly equipment (electric)
对EOL测试机和自动装配设备电子备件采购进行协调及选型
10.Search and define suitable components for our EOL testers
搜索和确定合适EOL测试机的组件
11.Work together with our EOL teams in Germany, to find and create the right global standards for EOL equipment.
与德国总部EOL团队合作，共同制定EOL设备的全球标准
12.Creating all needed documentation for our EOL test equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Fundamental technical knowledge based on at least a bachelor university degree
大学本科及以上学历
2. Has min. 3 years work experience in the measurement and test engineering field
测量测试工程领域至少3年工作经验
3. Able to program LabView

4. Able to read and fully understand technical drawings and specifications

5. Have the ability to communicate with others

7. Knowledge about PLC and PLC-programming according to the standard IEC 61131-3
