职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHALLENGES
1. Submit the 10+2 data into system for all warehouse orders in timely manner.
2. Handle all shipping documents from suppliers/agents for the goods shipped around the world into U.S, European, Australia and other East Asian Countries.
3. Submit the Direct import shipping documentation to customer within the required delivery date on time. and check the content of the shipping document in accuracy against systems, such as Port of discharge, FOB prices, and shipping qty etc.
4. Contact with 3PL to arrange the vessel schedule for the shipments and submit the vessel booking sheet to 3PL in time and follow up with all Asian suppliers to submit the related shipping document to Orbit in time.
5. Assistance to senior logistics officer for all assigned work and complete them in a timely basis, which including contact with suppliers for collecting samples, Products delivery arrangement, shipping documents and banking documents submission to customer etc.
6. Other particular jobs assigned by Senior Logistics Officer.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
Internal: Customer Support team, Engineering team, Quality team, Goods inspection team based at Ningbo factory;
External: Customers, Suppliers,
Essentials:
1. Associate bachelor above in logistics or international trade field with at least 2 years with relevant working experience
2. Demonstrate initiative and high level of time management skills
3. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while handling multiple tasks, either in a team or individually
4. Ability to quick learn on new project or new customer
5. Good Team player and goods interpersonal communication skill
