KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHALLENGES
1. The candidate will have a high level of ownership for the whole process of the shipments, starting from pre-season Sales meeting, new product releasing (if required), product testing, vessel booking, shipping schedule follow-up with suppliers, order inspection follow-up, to the last step of the vendor payment documents submission;
2. Provide required information to any questions not only from Orbit US office but also from the Customers in time and accurate.
3. Coordinate with US Sales/Sales support team to prepare the sales meeting material, Such as collecting samples from supplier, quote sheet filling, meeting room reservation, factory tour for customers and etc.
4. Coordinate with Engineering team, Packing team and Quality team to complete the pre-season Product and transit testing, to make sure that the products are qualified and passed all the required testing before the Purchase orders are released.
5. Take the lead role for the whole shipment process since the purchase orders are released, which includes Golden samples approval, Order consolidation, Vessel booking, inspection follow-up, to make sure that the orders are shipped out on time.
6. Submit the vendor payment documents or other banking related documents to customer in time.
7. Provide fly and fix support on field escalations for analysis/resolution on any issue requiring in-depth understanding.
8. Supplier training for the supplier website, Warehouse shipping documentation process, Direct Import customer Shipping procedure.

Internal: US Customer Support team, US Engineering team, Quality team, Ningbo inspection team
External: Customers, Suppliers,
Essentials:
1. Associate bachelor above in logistics or international trade field with at least 5 years with relevant working experience
2. Having the better knowledge of working process for US or European Retailer giant, Such as Wal-mart, Home depot, Lowe and etc.
3. Very good communication skills in both of English and Mandarin
4. Fluent english on reading and written is a plus
5. Goods interpersonal skills and communication skill
6. Self-motived and details-oriented
7. Team player and willing to work under the pressure
