KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHALLENGES
1. Run all aspects of the office administration work at Orbit Shanghai.
2. Handle incoming/outgoing parcel shipments.
3. Travel arrangements for the staff: Ticket booking, Hotel Accommodation
4. Assist the Asia GM in any office duties he requires.
5. Support to the finance manager, handling the financial duties in regards to the office
6. Assistant to the HR manager, dealing with HR issues for new people orientation training arrangement, new people recruiting process, and etc.
7. Office Supplies Purchasing, Such as, Stationery, Electronic appliance, Food, and other office related suppliers.
8. Help the VP of Operations, other visiting manager from the USA, managers in Orbit Shanghai with translation in Oral and Written (English to Chinese) issues.
9. Occasionally travel with the managers to Ningbo, Guangdong, Taiwan and Hong Kong for meetings with vendors.

Internal: Orbit Shanghai office, Orbit US head office
Exterior: China Star, Finance Auditing company, and etc.
Essentials:
1. Associate bachelor above in English or Administration with at least 3 years with relevant working experience
2. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while handling multiple tasks, either in a team or individually
3. Ability to quick learn and goods interpersonal communication skill.
4. Related experience in Cashier (出纳) and HR recruiting experience.
5. Excellent Written English, a decent Oral English will be a plus
