JOB SUMMARY

Complete Robitussin and Centrum’s brand strategies in hospital channel for China market, prepare brand promotion to support the strategy expansion within the given budget as well.

KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS
(Please list the main job responsibilities, tasks and key deliverables)

– Create brand strategies, and prepare for academic promotion for Robitussin and Centrum in hospital channel..
Lead Robitussin and Centrum brand team to create innovative brand strategies, which will support both brands’ sales increase and gain market share as well.
Prepare annual and cycle brand promotion in national level, facilitate brand strategies downside to region.

– Resource allocation and budget control
Allocate resources like programs, projects, gimmicks, samples and POSMs under committed principles to develop academic needs and brand expansion.
Make sure Robitussin and Centrum’s MKT expense is within budget, recorded, under-examined and pre-approved.

– Establish National KOLs management system
Develop national KOL pool to support academic programs.
Build up good relationship with KOL to gain positive academic endorsement.


– Cross-team project collaboration
Lead Centrum Nutrition Institute (CNI) - A cross function project team, collaborates with retail MKT and medical team to achieve success.
Brand promotion aligns with retail MKT to maximize the academic benefit.

– Team management and talent development
Build up OWNIT culture, and create “Straight Talk” environment among the team.
Coach and lead trade MKT team to achieve the committed objectives.
Discuss with team members on their career development; develop their competency for more responsibilities, guide them to complete individual IDP.

– 100% follow MAPP and all other company policy.
Strictly follow company’s MAPP and have 0 compliance issue.
Well master all company policies, make sure all team members follow them in daily work.
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS

1. University graduate with strong medical knowledge, MBA is a plus.
2. At least 5 years brand MKT experience in hospital channel in pharmaceutical company.
3. Strong leadership with at least 3 years managerial experience.
4. Effective interpersonal skills and self-motivated style.
5. Able to work independently and coaching the team.
6. Good command of Chinese and English, CET-4 is a must
7. Proficiency in PC
