职位描述

Objectives/Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain customer master data in SAP

Input contract data and create samples into SAP

File sales relative documents

Ensure timely delivery for the customers

Arrange shipment to customer in China.

Coordinate with plant for delivery volume and timing.

Balance between customers for specific delivery to ensure the maximization of the customer satisfaction

Ensure on-time invoice mailing

Payment chasing and credit monitoring

Control the stock level in RDC in line with free demurrage period.

Work with sales to prepare replenish plan to RDC.

Profile Requirement:

Bachelor degree of international Trading or related diploma.

At least 4 years experience on logistics, shipping, import or export trading, ect.

Strong communication skills.

Good command of written and spoken English, Korean language is plus.

Common logistic & financial knowledge is a plus.
