Responsibility

1. Lead NB quality team on routine supplier QC inspections on finish goods and make sure quality is delivered that meets Mila requirement at all times.

2. Work with all suppliers to make process control program to keep continuous stable quality assurance during product development and manufacturing stages.

3. Review complaints from customer and work with supplier for both immediate defect rectification and long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.

4. Review supplier manufacture process regularly to assure supplier perform according to agreed specification.

5. Continuous work with supplier for any problem solving and improvement activity

6. Review supplier quality performance to meet quality KPI target

7. Ensure quality system documentation within the China office meets the requirements of the UK quality manager and is controlled and managed appropriately


Requirement

1. Educated to degree level

2. Good verbal & written English skills

3. Good working knowledge of hardware manufacturing process.

4. Have a right understanding of various quality tools, to be observant and have a right attention to details, being proactive; prevention rather than detection

5. Strong communication capability with supplier and within team.

6. Good trouble shooting skill
