高级采购经理
Senior Procurement Manager

岗位职责
Your Responsibilities

1: 负责公司日常采购工作，包括：询价、比价、拟定采购合同、项目后期跟踪处理、评估及反馈汇总工作
2: 调查、分析和评估目标市场，确定采购时机, 制定采购计划
3: 完善公司采购制度，制定并优化采购流程，控制采购质量与成本
4: 组织对供应商进行评估、认证、管理及考核, 并开发新供货商
5: 制订所属项目的未来１-３个月的中期工作计划，编制并提交部门预算
6: 管理并组织协调采购经理以及助理
7: 调整并协调各岗位间人员的协作, 并为高级采购主管提供报告

1: Responsible for the daily procurement process. Which includes: acquiring products, analysis & comparison of quotations, negotiating prices with suppliers, forming contracts, processing customer complaints, following-up with suppliers concerning delivery times.
2: Following marketing trends, determining the procurement time-frame and planning, developing procurement budgets.
3: Optimizing the procurement system and controlling the procurement concerning quality & costs
4: Researching for new suppliers, managing the existing suppliers, liaising with suppliers.
5: Preparing both the work and budget plan for the next １-３ months
6: Supervising & managing, junior procurement managers and procurement assistant
7: Coordinating work with other department teams, and reporting to Procurement Supervisor


任职资格
Your Qualifications:

1: 本科及以上学历
2: 优秀的英文表达和书写能力
3: ４年以上机械类, 电子类及木制产品类产品采购经验
4: 熟悉招标和采购流程以及Office办公软件: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and Adobe Acrobat
5: 具备良好部门内和跨部门的组织和协调能力，良好的谈判、人际沟通能力，团队协作能力及抗压能力
6: 具备很好的组织及规划能力, 包括制定计划, 统计预算及检查计划执行状况
7: 具备良好的谈判能力及人际网络，善于解决与供货商间的矛盾　
8: 具备较强经济洞察力及解决问题的能力
期望
1: 优秀的谈判能力及领导才能
2: 具有外企中层管理经验者优先

1: University Level Degree
2: Fluent in Business English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
3: Minimum of ４ years experience in Procurement/Purchasing (namely of machines, electronics, and wooden products)
4: Comprehensive knowledge of tender invitation and the procurement process, including knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
5: Good judgement and analytical ability, able to manage & maintain supplier relationships, Able to manage stress.
6: Good Organisational skills in planning and organising also able to maintain budgets and control finances.
7: Able to negotiate and network, and resolve disputes with vendors & suppliers
8: Strong Commercial awareness & problem solving ability
Nice to have:
1: Ability to negotiate and act as lead negotiator.
2: Experience in team management in a foreign country
