As a Delivery Manager, you will work in Ningbo and you responsibilities include:
1.Staff the teams under you management
2.Manage the full cycle of the development process, from the setup to the final delivery
3.Participate in project pre-sales by creating project strategy, team setup and requirement detailing
4.Solve conflicts between different teams and client
5.Do business value engineering with the business partner
6.Continuously bring improvements to the delivery team, focusing on an higher value to the business partner
7.Report current project status, risks, mitigation plans to project stakeholders
8.Coach and develop Scrum Masters and delivery teams to reach higher performance
9.Provide corporate feedback
Requirements:
-Fluent English and Mandarin
-10+ years of experience in software development projects and teams.
-Experience in resources management (~ 30 FTE team) in a very dynamic matrix environment.
-Ability and agility to track, monitor and resolve project and support issues and to master communication providing sound delivery indicators and great client satisfaction.
-Enthusiasm for problem solving, software development process, tireless work for continuous improvement, constantly putting the bar at a higher level to deliver more value to our business partner.
-Work cohesively with other groups or teams within the organization or clients on project/support related matters and jointly determine engagement strategy.
-Ability to build team relationships, managing dynamics to help develop skills for quick and continuous growth.
-Excellent listening, coaching, communication, group facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
-Previous experience managing of technologies including:
- web-based (Open Source, MS Sharepoint)
- .Net /J2EE
- SQL/Oracle database
- Mobile (iOS/Android) is a plus
These will be considered big differentiators:
- Software development process & agile methodologies background
- Willingness to travel and work in other sites / countries.
