职位目的:
解决生产过程中的技术及质量问题，对流水线给予技术支持，合理安排操作工并负责对其培训，确保流水线的正常运行。

主要职责:

1.团队合作精神
2.确保各装备完好并负责设备每日的常规保养
3.掌握流水线的安全知识并能对操作工进行培训
4.了解产品的质量要求，有时能自行处理紧急（临界状态）的问题
5.具备各个流程的材料判断能力
6.掌握流水线的所有工位操作技能
7.能对流水线进行整体换型
8.根据生产现状合理安排人员，发挥最大效率
9.根据产品状态，对设备参数进行调整以消除不良影响
10.统计材料的报废并做好收集工作
11.为下一个订单准备好材料
12.收集流水线上所有的CIP并积极参与其中
13.总结生产过程中的经验使之成为流水线实用手册
14.准确、及时地向主管汇报生产状况
15. 完成上级交办的其他任务
