Training Administration Support
60%
1. Collect annual training needs from each department and make analysis to develop annual training plan
2. Design, resource, and deliver training programs, or recommend externally- provided programs which meet the needs of individual employees and are consistent with the organization’s overall training plan
3. Counsel employees and managers about the organization’s training programs and policies and arrange for employees to participate in internal and external training so that the organization’s training resources are allocated effectively
4. Maintain and analyze organization and individual training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs.
5. Compile handbooks, manuals, guides, and other materials so that training programs are delivered with high quality resources
6. Be responsible for internal training logistics including training room set-up, training invitation sending and confirmation collection and etc.
Other Support

1. Collect and check leave applications for Songjiang hourly employees
2. Answer questions to SJ employees for HR policies/ practices
3. Represent as HR department to government authority for Employees Type ‘A’ Residence Registration
4. Other tasks assigned by the Company
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources Management is preferred
Experience:
1-3 years working experience in Human Resources function in MNC is required
Skills: ? Ability to achieve results through teams and influence across all organizational levels
? Excellent time management skills
? Excellent communication skills in a multi-language
? Strong interpersonal skills enabling cooperation in a team oriented environment
? Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and presentation ability in Chinese and English
? Familiar with PRC laws and regulations in Human Resources, such like PRC Employment Law
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
