Job Description:

1. Making payment through E-bank

2. Assist in checking expense reimbursed documents

3. Make voucher collection and binding

4. Responsible of keeping all kind of company licenses

5. Respond to other inquiries

Personality

1. Possess a good working attitude, initiative, be able to work under and meet all deadline as set by the company

2. Reliable and trustworthy partner to the company and the management

3. Hands-on team work

4. Open and straight communication style

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

2. Two-years work experience for international company. Fresh graduate is also welcome.

3. Comprehensive and positive working with ERP is preference

4. Fluent in Mandarin and English is required

5. Practical skill with MS-word and Excel
