项目经理作为团队的核心,确保 Scrum 流程得到遵守。必要时,项目经理将强制执行相关规定。项目经理的一个重要职责是保护开发团队不被打扰,保证其集中精力于手头任务。项目经理既是服务者,也是领导,负责帮助团队集中精力于目标,并保持高效率。
这是一个充满挑战、要求严格且高回报率的职位,是本公司经营的核心所在。我们的项目经理非常了解 Agile 的真正意义,以及基于 Scrum 的增量式交付在实际工作中如何运作。他们还需掌握广泛的开发知识,从整个开发任务和开发生命周期到各种应用程序和平台。

The Scrum Master acts as a buffer between the team and any distracting influences, and ensures that the Scrum process is being followed. When necessary, he or she is the enforcer of rules. A key part of the Scrum Master’s role is to protect the development team and keep it focused on the tasks at hand. The Scrum Master is both a servant and a leader who helps to keep the team focussed, productive and effective.

This is a challenging, demanding and highly rewarding role that lies at the heart of what we do as a company. Our Scrum Masters gain a deep understanding of what Agile really means, and how Scrum-based incremental delivery works in actual practice. They also gain wide-ranging production knowledge spanning the entire development and deployment life-cycle across a variety of applications and platforms.
The Scrum Master role typically leads to more senior management opportunities within our company.

To perform competently in this role, you MUST be able to
1. Communicate well with others, both individually and as a team.
2. Lead your team by example, by demonstrating responsibility, honesty and courage
3. Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum concepts and principles
4. Make tough decisions when needed
5. Serve as the voice of reason and authority within the team
6. Identify risks, discrepancies and other issues as they arise and elevate these as needed
7. Continually develop and refine your practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum
8. Manage your own and your team's development, including knowledge of tools and processes
9. Understand the basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
10. Keep your team focussed on and committed to delivering benefit with quality
11. Understand the nature of incremental delivery
12. Understand the value of metrics in both governing process quality and in measuring benefit
13. Understand backlog tracking, burndown charts, velocity, and task definitions
14. Fully understand common Agile practices, how service-oriented environments work, and the importance of continuous improvement
15. Fluent level Japanese or English language proficiency (spoken and written)

Responsibilities:
1.Make sure a scrum team lives by the values and practices of Scrum.
2.Help the team do the best work it possibly can.
3.As a process owner for the team, creating a balance with the project's key stakeholder, who is referred to as the product owner.
4.As a protector of the team.
5.Help the team perform at their highest level.
