Responsibilities:

1. Develop supplier quality development strategy and plan to drive OEMs for continuous process improvement with 6 sigma and Lean;

2. Work with supplier to Develop process for new process and/or new parts;

3. Work with supplier for problem solving of IPQC/PSA, handling USA factory complaint with 8D(SCAR);

4. Response for PPAP of new part and new process of OEMs approval;

5. Responsible for a team of Quality Engineers for process audit and continuous process improvement;

6. Conduct Quality System Audit and Process audit.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. Six sigma black belt and lean experience is preferred;

3. More than 10 years Quality management experience;

4. Familiarity use of 5 quality tools of TS16949 (e.g: MSA, CPK/SPC, FMEA, Control plan);

5. Experience in metal/mechanical and surface process treatment like painting, enamel is a plus;

6. Six sigma (Process Map/product map, MSA, COV and DOE method) and Lean knowledge is required;

7. Familiar with the quality system, ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001 etc, especially clearly understands the 5 quality tools of TS16949;

8. Excellent communication skills in English;

9. Willing to trip for weeks and willing for meeting with global team at night.
