职位描述
工作描述：
1-按照公司要求和工具开展精益生活动。
2-根据技术安全规程监察车间安全工作，协同组长，生产工程师对隐患进行评估，并上报生产经理；配合HSE工作的开展。
3-根据月度生产进度安排进行工作分配，向生产部经理汇报月度生产情况和统计数据。
4-遵循客户需求和公司质量政策；协调质量部门对产品的质量控制。
5-处理生产改善的项目工作，并保持向生产部经理汇报结果。
6-对生产中出现的不符合项目进行研究。接收来自组长和生产工程师的报告，采取相应预防措施，并向生产经理汇报。
7-与计划部和工程筹备部协调生产进度。
8-对于影响生产进度的材料、设备和消耗品保持高度关注，并向生产经理汇报。
9-对现场员工的工作状态、纪律进行监察，协同组长，生产工程师进行评估，上报生产经理。10-协同人事部开展员工的培训、测试等工作。
.岗位要求：
1）至少5年重工业企业工作经验（有管道加工行业经验优先）
2）机械，工业工程专业本科以上学历
3）良好的领导力和沟通技能，优秀组织协调能力
4）良好的英语能力（说，读，写）
5）能够协同其他部门开展工作
6）良好的2D和 CAD及其他办公软件操作技能11-对生产车间的环境进行控制。
Position Description
1-To apply Lean Production requierements and tools.
2-To observe working conditions according to general technical safety rules; to evaluate them with teamleader and Spool Fabrication Engineer and report to Fabrication Manager; to coordinate with HS&E assistant.
3-To plan work distribution according to monthly production progress schedule; to report monthly production status and statistical informations to Fabrication Manager.
4-To apply customer requests and company quality policy; to control spool fabrication in coordination with QC department
5- To deal with activities for improving fabrication process and report the results to Fabrication Manager from time to time
6- To investigate the causes of non-conformities during fabrication; to receive reports from teamleader and Spool Fabrication Engineer ; to take necessary corrective actions and reportto Fabrication Manager.
7- To coordinate production progress with planning and work preparation department
8- To keep under control the material, equipment and consumables which are affecting the production steps & report to Fabrication Manager.
9-To observe general working and employee discipline at the shop and to evaluate it with teamleader and Spool Fabrication Engineer and report to Fabrication Manager.
10-To coordinate with HR department regarding employees trainings/testing, etc.
11-To control the fabrication site as clean and general working conditions.
Position Requirement
1）Minimum 5 years heavy industry experience (With piping experience will be a priority);
2）Majored in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering bachelor Degree;
3）Excellent leadership and communication skills, outstanding organization ability.
4）Excellent communication in English (Talking, Reading, Writing);
5）Good coordination with other departments.
6）Excelent skill for 2D AUTOCAD，Word, Excel, Power Point.
7）With good ability of self-motivation and team-work spirit and achieve the collective aim efficiently.
8）Able to work under pressure, with unlimited time work conditions and with good ability of time-management
