职位描述
岗位描述：
1-按照公司要求和工具开展精益生活动。
2-根据技术安全规程监察车间安全工作，协同组长，预生产工程师对隐患进行评估，并上报生产经理；配合HSE工作的开展。
3-审核生产相关图纸。在管道进行预生产前，对工程部发放的图纸，钢管切割计划表，材料表，精加工图进行审核，配合生产经理准备相关技术文件。对预生产部门进行机加工的工作安排。
4-对生产中出现的不符合项目进行研究。接收来自组长和生产工程师的报告，采取相应预防措施，并向生产经理汇报。
5-协调相关的预生产、设备维修以及工厂生产安全状况；与人力资源部协调组织相关人员的培训或安排相关的培训。确保产线的可持续性及最优化运行。
6-检查操作工的工作效率记录，对工作效率明显低下的员工进行分析，找出原因采取相应的措施（如：帮他们分析原因，检查参数设置，或者建议重新培训等）。
7-培训指导新员工。在生产领导的指导下，按照相关技术要求和安全要求培训新员工。
8-配合生产主管，车间领班全面开展生产活动。同时在公司各相关部门进行必要信息沟通、传递。对公司其他生产项目支持, 包括效率，安全，质量, 提升项目等。
岗位要求：
1）至少5年重工业工作经验（有管道加工经验优先），具备丰富机加工知识。
2）机械，工业工程专业本科及以上学历。
3）良好的领导力和沟通技能，优秀组织协调能力。
4）良好的英语能力（说，读，写）。
5）能够协同其他部门开展工作。
6）良好的2D和 CAD及其他办公软件操作技能。
7）为人正直，良好团队协作能力；能高效完成目标任务。
8）能够在压力下开展工作并具有较强的时间管理能力。
Position Description
1To apply Lean Production requierements and tools.
2To observe working conditions according to general technical safety rules; to evaluate them with teamleader and Pre- Fabrication Engineer and report to Fabrication Manager; to coordinate with HS&E assistant.
3To check technical documents such as drawings, pipe cutting plans, material picking lists, machining detail etc distributed from Work Preparation Dep. before starting the Pre fabrication; to prepare necessary technical document under the leadership of Fabrication leaders. Carry out the machinery planning for pre-fabrication department.
4 To investigate the causes of non-conformities during fabrication; to receive reports from teamleader and Pre-Fabrication Engineer ; to take necessary corrective actions and report to Fabrication Manager.
5To coordinate the activities related with the Pre Fabrication, maintenance and safety, to give the training and/or to arrange the training related with the subjects to the related personnel by coordinating with HR Department. Ensure the continuity and optimization of production in Pre Fabrication department.
6Check the operation efficiency records of operators; make necessary reason analysis for ones with low efficiency and help them to find causes (to check relevant parameters or give training proposals.)
7Train the new workers according to technical requirements and safety rules under leadership of Fabrication Management.
8To work with teamleaders and Fabrication Management to develop production activities. Carry out internal distribution of the necessary data within the related departments. Support projects on the manufacturing places as efficiency, safety, quality, improvement etc.
Position Requirement
1Minimum 5 years heavy industry experience (With piping experience will be a priority) and excellent machine knowledge.
2)Majored in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering bachelor Degree;
3)Excellent leadership and communication skills, outstanding organization ability.
4)Excellent communication in English (Talking, Reading, Writing);
5)Good coordination with other departments.
6)Excellent skill for 2D AUTOCAD，Word, Excel, Power Point.
7)With good ability of self-motivation and team-work spirit and achieve the collective aim efficiently.
8)Able to work under pressure, with unlimited time work conditions and with good ability of time-management.
