ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

An international company specialized in industrial machinery and parts
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China
Report to:
Finance Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Cash and bank payment , bank reconciliation and issuance of tax invoices
+ Be responsible for the daily bookkeeping, ensuring all accounting records comply with PRC GAAP and group accounting policies
+ Prepare related tax reports and responsible for monthly VAT declaration and communicate with the tax bureau; ensure the local tax and financial processes are met and in place
+ Do the work as the requirement of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange
+ Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of monthly and yearly closing for task assigned and assist for annual audit
+ Assist to prepare monthly financial statements according PRC GAAP and IFRS
+ Assist with financial process and internal control improvement ? finance document management
Requirements:
+ Accounting degree or equivalent
+ At least 2 years experiance as cashier, AR, AP, GL and/or cost accountant
+ At least basic knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations
+ Knowledge and experience of Microsoft computer applications
+ Proficiency in relevant accounting software, SAPuser knowledge
+ Attention to detail and accuracy, planning and organizing
+ Be able to work under pressure and have team work spirit
+ Speak fluent English
