ABOUT DIRECT HR:

An international company who is focus on fire resistance for steel making industries
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China
Reporting to:
Plant Manager
Travelling:
Sometimes, upon work requirement
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
> R&D Support
+ Introduce new formulas, new products and applications in the BOF,BF,torpedo, iron ladle, steel ladle and RH snorkel maintenance area
+ Optimize and develop new application technology
+ Negotiate and set up trials
+ Computerization of trial performance data for optimization analysis and maximum profitability
+ Maintain focus on customer requirements
+ Optimize the quality of current products
> BUSINESS SUPPORT
+ Attend and participate in technical meetings, and be responsible for technical agreement
+ Maintain key customer technical contacts
+ Maintain communications with sales Marketing team, global R&D and Technical Managers
> SALES
+ Prepare and present product promotions to prospective customers
+ Identify opportunities of new products for increased penetration of new accounts and existing business
+ Aggressively pursue new applications equipment development
+ Identify and establish working relationship with key account customers for future business development
> Carry out all related systems of Company
Requirements:
+ A Bachelor’s degree in refarctories or related major
+ A minimum of 5 years experience in R&D or technical work for fire resistance material.
+ Knowledge of indefinite form fire resistance material is highly preferred
+ Experience in steel making environment is preferred
+ Must be able to gather organize, and analyze data, draw conclusions, and handle stress
+ Must wear safety equipment properly as required
+ Good interpersonal and communication skills
+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
+ Fluent English required. Computer skills needed
