Role Purpose:

§ Implements, maintains and coordinates the DGF security program within the districts

Main tasks & key responsibilities:

• 
  Advise the district management teams on all security relevant matters


• 
  Manage the risk classifications and self-assessmentsfor all DHL-owned and subcontracted facilities


• 
  Conduct risk assessment on lanes, services and products and provide recommendations to mitigate the potential risks associated


• 
  Work closely with local team in providing security solutions to the customers and support to contract bids, RFQs


• 
  Conductprofessional and independent investigations intosecurity incidentsto identify root causes and follow up preventative actions with related parties


• 
  Review and analyze the security related threats and trends on a periodic basis and act proactively to potential issues


• 
  Cultivate security culture and implements security awarenesstraining to all employees and tailor-made subjects to selected subcontractors


• 
  Implement and maintain an effective vendor management system to ensure that the subcontractors/partners (i.e. air carriers, truck vendors, guarding companies) deliver high quality of service


• 
  Execute and manage security/compliance auditsto ensure operational compliance with a risk-based approach


• 
  Coordinate an effective business contingency management system including preparation, periodic review and test of BCP for all stations within the country


• 
  Liaise with local and overseas law enforcement agents and government authority, when necessary

Qualificationsand Skills:

• 
  A degree holder


• 
  Knowledge of local and international aviation security programs (AEO, CTPAT, RAR) and industry standards (TAPA)


• 
  3-5years’experience as a security manager in a MNC environment, preferably in transportation or supply chain security


• 
  Must be a customer-focused and results-oriented manager with strong influencing skills


• 
  Good communication skills(written and oral presentation in English and Mandarin)


• 
  Knowledge in business continuity management preferred


• 
  A good team player
