职位描述
岗位职责：
1.完成试剂产品原物料的检验；
2.完成试剂产品过程质量控制及产品出厂质量控制；
3.参与新项目转产验证，保证新项目的顺利转产，并为转产验证项目制备相应的质控品；
4.处理试剂产品的投诉问题，分析和汇总实验数据，积累质控经验；
5.验证试剂产品的适用性，主要包括对上海新波新开发的检验仪器和AutoDELFIA等全自动仪器的验证。
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，生物、制药或医学检验相关专业；
2.熟悉生物技术基本知识和基础化学分析过程；
3.独立思考，思维活跃，较快地学习、接受能力；
4.大学英语四级以上水平；
5.有1-2年体外诊断试剂行业相关工作经验者优先。
