职位描述
Responsibilities - Key Account Manager
· Managing of customer relationship (business information and activities) and maintaining contact register up to date, as well as expanding a broader contact network at different levels within the customers' organization
· Being customer's overall contact person
· Being customers voice in MCC and MCC's voice at the customer
· Responsible to quote and develop value proposition in accordance with customer's instructions and MCC standards
· Continuous follow up and analysis of customer account with regards to quality, delivery and profitability (margin protection), and to act if something is not going in the right direction
· Driving commercial dialogue regarding aspects of
o Price levels, and volumes
o General agreements
o Raw material and currency agreements
· Ensuring the accuracy of each customer master price list
· Ensuring the full potential of the account being explored regionally (and in co-operation with GAM globally)
· Manage delisting of the customer when decision to terminate the relation has been made by company management
· Finding new customers and new business
· Collecting Business Intelligence regarding
o Market Environment
o Competition
o Segment Development
Authorities - Key Account Manager
· Establish and manage a yearly budget for managing customer relations and exploring new opportunities
· Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams for problem solving
· Request and lead "emergency" meetings with all functions deemed necessary
· Request "emergency" actions to assure lead times and delivery dates
· Quote in accordance to Group Authorization rules and limits
· Sign agreements in accordance with Group Authorization rules and limits
Competence requirements - Key Account Manager
· Basic knowledge in business finance
· Basic HVAC product knowledge
