Job Responsibility 工作职责

- Developing and reviewing annual budget in accordance with corporate rules and procedures. 根据集团的规定与流程，发展和回顾年度预算；
- Provide accurate cash-flow projections. 提供精确的资金流动项目；
-Monthly reporting and KPI reports to the company and to corporate. 及时向集团呈报每月报告、关键绩效指标等报告；
-Responsible for annual audit and lead on any recommendations that are suggested in the audit report or management letter.负责开展审计报告或经营信函中的任何提议；
- Ensure timely payment of debtors and invoicing of creditors.确保债务人和债权人准时支付债务.
- Develop and maintain financial procedures for the organization .发展和维护公司的财务流程。
- Ensure all finance records are kept accurately and securely and in line with legislative requirements.确保所有财务记录精确安全，并符合法律规定.
- Ensure financial policies are being adhered to as set out in the financial guidelines.确保财务规定和方针的严格执行.
- Work towards the achievement of company’s three-year strategy and annual business plans
为取得公司三年发展策略和年度经营计划的成果而努力.

Minimum Qualification:
1.Experience of financial/accounting operations: >5 years 五年以上财务工作经验要求
2.Experience from international company: Advantage 具有外资企业工作经验更佳
3. University degree: Advantage具有本科以上学历
4. Have good skills in communication具有较好沟通能力
5.Details-focused and result-oriented注重细节，以结果为导向
6.Work independently能够独立和有效率的完成工作
7. A good team work player良好的团队合作精神
8.Good English 英语熟练
