Based in Ningbo the programmer will work with the existing company ERP system to partially make changes to the existing modules and partially create new modules. The programmer will report directly to the operations management who will assign and prioritize projects. Details for the projects need to be worked out with the users and a schedule needs to be created. Any extensions and modifications need to be coordinated with the current owners of the source code.

1. Existing company ERP system needs to be studied and understood
1. 学习了解公司现有ERP系统的相关情况。
2. Additional modules need to be created, e.g. HR module, quality module, MRP module, etc.
2. 需要创建新的模块，例如：人力资源、质量模块、物资需求计划等。
3. Existing modules need to be modified, e.g. raw material warehouse module, master data module, etc.
3. 修改、改进现有模块，如：原材料库存、主数据模块等。
4. Occasional travelling within China required to define detailed requirements with user

5. Must be able to communicate with source code owner in South America
