工作要求(中文)： 资格和要求：

-具备物流和货物运价操作的相关经验，包括出口操作，货物运输安排，文件的制作等。

-具备一定的与货代公司合作和沟通的经验

-具备出口外汇核销和商检等经验

-了解中华人民共和国的出口法和目标市场的进口法

技能和能力：

-有一定的英语阅读能力，能看懂和制作相关外贸单据

-良好的分析及处理问题的能力

-能够合理有效的安排和处理多项工作任务

-工作认真负责，乐于学习

有外资企业出口物流操作或核销员证书的人员优先考虑！

Essential Job Functions

· Understand clients’ logistic needs.

· Source and select appropriate logistics solution for each shipment.

· Locate appropriate forwarders to move freight, taking into account revenue versus costs.

· Draft and dispatch Shipping Order and relevant Custom Declaration documents.

· Correct and confirm Binning list and Bill of Lading drafted by forwarders, and send the Binning list to the supplier

· Draft Commercial Invoice and Packing List, and send these two documents together with Bill of Lading, details of weight list, Certificate of Origin, and Insurance Policy to a bank or the client according to the payment terms.

· Track and trace shipments frequently, be aware of the status of any given goods/parcel in transport.

· Coordinate flow of information and documents between forwarders, customers and export agents. Follow up with customers via Sales department by sending customer a Shipping Detail.

· Record the dispatch and receipt of all samples and parcels.

· Record all important information in Order Outline.

· Maintain sound relationships with forwarders.

· Update the following documents frequently: Domestic Parcel Tracking, International Parcel Tracking, Sample Transport Tracking, Shipping Tracking

· Update Shipment Tracking Calendar daily

Qualifications and Requirements

· Experience in logistics and freight operations including import and export operations, shipping arrangements, documentation, etc.

· Strong knowledge and experience in total supply chain.

· Experience of working with forwarders and negotiating rates and service levels.

· Must be able to multi-task and work independently as well as perform well under a challenging working environment.

· Familiar with PRC export laws and import laws of the prospected market.
