Position Overview
The Sales Representative explores seeks business opportunities on behalf of the company. The Sales Representative presents the company's business proposals to potential clients, maintaining sound relationships with clients through prompt and constructive correspondence.
Essential Job Functions
· Evaluate the business potential of new inquiries for Sales Director's validation.
· Respond to client correspondence within 1 work day.
· Communicate client's needs and expectations to concerned departments; update as necessary.
· Gain rich knowledge of the client's business, infrastructure and products, and document this information in the Customer File.
· Maintain and update the Client Contact List.
· Make accurate, rapid cost calculations.
· Negotiate terms of an agreement and conclude sales under the supervision of Sales Director.
· Demonstrate technical interest in the clients' respective industrial sectors.
· Create and recommend alternative business solutions to clients.
· Present marketing tools to the Sales Director.
· Identify new business opportunities and develop marketing strategies together with the Sales Director.
· Maintain all correspondences with clients on the e-mail account assigned by the company.
· Provide good follow-up service to customers.
· Assist sales director to develop and update company websites.
· Collect and analyze our competitors' data.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Background in international trade.
· Previous successful business-to-business sales experience.
· Knowledge of customs and banking mechanisms of prospected markets.
· Proactive and self motivated.
Skills and Abilities
· Strong analysis skills and able to think logically
· Demonstrated negotiation abilities.
· Excellent customer service.
· Excellent Chinese and English communication skills, particularly in English writing
· Knowledge of sales techniques.
· Strong sense of innovation and able to make win-win solutions.
