Job Discription
- Recruit, assign and orient new staff. Provide encouragement and support to help the new employee make smoothly and positive transition.
-Provide consulting and support to employee in all aspects of employee relations to ensure a harmonious and positive working environment.
- Draft and implement company culture to promote staff cohesion and productivity.
- In conjunction with the department heads to develop the high quality training courses.
- Ensure the compliance of the company to all corporate and legal requirements in respect of Human Resources.
- Create and maintain employee information system.
- Process HR daily work including record employee attendance for Payroll and Performance Assessment, and calculate quarterly commission.
- Keep abreast with market trends and report the HR related information to top management for their reference.
- Be responsible for the consistent operation of all of the company HR policies, procedures and practices.
