Job Description:

1. Provide Customer Service of freight forwarding (including AIR, OCEAN, LCL, FCL,
Project Cargo, etc) to all offices and agents worldwide, as well as
Chinese partners and clients, for all products, including: booking, rate
quotes, sailing schedule information, inland trucking requests, routing orders,
etc.

2. Resolve Customer discrepancies and satisfy complaints.

3. Inter-company communication.

4. Assist with all facets of operations and documentations as necessary.

5. Assist with inside sales, settlement and customer service as needed.

6. able to communicate and coordinate with overseas office.

7. knowledge to local and customs procedures



Requirements:

1. More than five years working experience in ocean export business

2. Good relationship with some vendors, including carriers, warehouse, brokers,
etc.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills

4. Ability to work under pressure

5. Proficiency in spoken and written English, minimum CET-6

6. Proficiency in using office software

7. Detail oriented

8. Able to work independently
