Description:
Daily communicatingbetweenFrench clients/overseas partners with local origin offices and operation team to organize the shipments correctly and smoothly.

Job Responsibility& Activities:
Following all the routings from French clients/overseas partners;
Contacting the suppliers to provide the necessary information to overseas for shipping instruction
Organizing operation and documentation to well proceeding the shipments
Preparing the DEBIT NOTE and PRE-ALERT to overseas
Assisting operation to close the file for accounting dept
Making the shipping report to overseas office according to the specific client’s request
Helping manager to improve service quality

Job Requirements:
College Degree or above
At least 1 year relevant experience in foreign freight forwarding company
Knowledge of nomination cargo handling procedure
Knowledge of sea, air import and export business is helpful
Good reaction of the market and communication skills with people
Team work spirit, self-motivated, detail-oriented, be able to work under pressure, very organized
Good in written and spoken English and French with goods computer skills, familiar with MS Office
