岗位职责：

1、熟悉生产流程及品质关键控制点；

2、在生产之前，核对产品订单要求，熟悉产品生产原料、包装材料；

3、负责对生产原料进行抽检；

4、负责对生产过程各工序的品质进行检查和监控；

5、负责对产品质量进行检查，对品质状况做好记录；

任职要求：

1、中专以上学历，两年以上验货经验。熟悉外贸查货流程；

2、有小家电验货工作经验；

3、责任心强，工作认真细致，为人诚实可信，有良好的职业操守；

4、适应出差，能跟工厂有良好的沟通；

JOB DESCRIPTION: Quality Control Inspector

SUMMARY:

Work with China Operations to perform Factory Inspections of Pre-Production, Production, and Post Production Quality Inspections.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

· Follow all Quality Control procedures applicable to products and factory: conduct product inspections on product ordered, received, stored and prepared for shipping.

· Report findings of all inspections conducted, perform record keeping, data analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.

· Complete QC related reports to evaluate suppliers’ performance.

· Audit key suppliers to the Factories periodically, report non-conformances, and follow up corrective action.

· Conduct comprehensive Product Quality Audits and assist with the preparation of documents and reports.

· Establish a positive working relationship with suppliers and liaise with them on a permanent basis. Interface with Purchasing, Product Development/Management and Operations and suppliers/s to reach resolution of issues.

· Process all quality control related claims against suppliers and provide consolidated reports to finance and management.

· Assist in the documentation of procedures and operational policies and ensure adherence. Comply with all documentation requirements such as forms, scheduled reports and ad hoc reports.

· Periodically consult and maintain a copy of the list of approved sources and product materials to ensure all products can be supplied as per the specifications set by Product Development.

· Maintain product files (request information, update database and ensure documents are current).
