Key Tasks:
· Monitor customer satisfaction and improve performance on regional level – liaising with the Panalpina KAM representatives, Geography, Product and IT team to ensure expectations, timelines, and customer requests are met
· Establish and monitor KPI’s according to customer requirement
· Identify service failures and drive improvements at the regional and country level and throughout the other geographies
· Establish corrective actions to mitigate problems based on root cause analysis
· In case problems persist, escalate within the organization matrix to ensure that all Products, Geographies, and Responsible Heads are aware and can work on corrective actions
· Work with KAM representatives to assist in identifying opportunities to sell additional products, services, and solutions
· Attend and participate in Monthly / Quarterly Review Meetings with customer as needed
· Collaborate with Corporate Key Account Team on SOP creation and maintenance
· Ensure proper execution of the agreed services sold to customer by continuously monitoring internal operations as per service performance KPIs
· Performance Manager will not execute day to day operations but rather play a strategic role covering the main responsibilities mentioned above
· Performance Manager will work together with Product and Operations to improve service quality and identify new opportunities to drive operational excellence

Requirements:
· Functional know-how in air and ocean freight and logistics
· Ability to analyze problems, data, and trends in order to determine best solution
· Ability to define, develop, and document concepts and methodology
· Project Management - Organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign, control)
· Ability to work within a matrix organization, across functions and boundaries
· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts
· General Management Skills- (Customer, People, Resources, Processes, etc)
· Strong sense of urgency at all times, acting as a role model
· High energy and resilience, with an ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
· Knowledge in all PA products (air, sea, Logistics) and functional areas (IT, Finance, HR, etc)
· Able to manage cross-functional interfaces (operations, air and ocean freight, M&S/SCM)
· Team player with ability to form, lead, and motivate a team
· Ability to gain credibility and trust internally and with customers
· Strong analytical skills and creative thinking
· Excellent communication (verbal, written, listening, and presentation) skills required
· Team driven, good motivator and facilitator to ensure that set targets are achieved
· Able to work in a diverse environment and cultures
· Higher-level analytics and process skills
· Lean experience applied to supply chain desired
· Able to drive and lead change
· Industry experience (minimum 5 years)
· International work experiences a plus, but not required.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with other languages positively considered
· Advance knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word, PowerPoint® and others)
