职位描述
Responsibility
1- In the capacity as NIP MEP Property Engineer, regularly observe the MEP operations of the NIP contractors to check progress and quality are in compliance with the current programs (including short term planning and Contract program); 作为NIP机械/电气/水暖工程的物业工程师,日常检查供应商方面的机械/电力/水暖工程等方面的日常运作,确保进程和质量能匹配目前的项目(包括短期计划和合同项目);
2- To assess NIP contractors and review their technical proposals and commercial proposals on an as need basis. Prepare review report, with particular emphasis on the budget costs and technical sections of MEP services;
根据需要,评估NIP的供应商并回顾他们的技术/商务方面的建议,准备回顾报告,特别侧重于成本预算和机械/电气/水暖工程等的技术部分;
3-To review the budget cost of MEP services for variations and schedules of costs submitted by NIP contractors on on-going or maintenance projects; Prepare variation assessment report;
审查由供应商提供的在建或维护项目的预算开支,准备变动评估报告;
4-To develop and improve central cost database to provide a valuable source of raw data and to ensure maximum correlation between cost estimates and budget;
发展和改进中央成本数据库,以提供有价值的原始数据并保证成本估计和预算之间最大化的相互关联;
5-Site inspections and monitoring in the Nordic Industrial Park on a regular basis. To attend site as required for the purposes of verifying contractors’ progress and quality and for assistance in solving site-based MEP questions;

6- To provide general MEP engineering advice and support to NIP staff and tenants as required;

7- To provide and offer input and assistance as required and directed by NIP Property Dept Manager and other senior NIP staff;
根据物业部经理或者其他高级职员的要求,提供帮助和协助;
8- To support NIP Property Dept Manager and NIP’s commercial & legal staff in managing change control and valuation of variations Orders;
支持NIP的物业部经理和商业/法务部的职员来管理变更控制和变更的估价单;
9-To complete other tasks assigned by NIP Property Dept Manager.

Education & Qualification 教育和资历
1st Degree of mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering;
Certified first level MEP constructor (preferred).
机械/电气/水暖工程的学位,拥有一级机械/电气/水暖建造师资格证书优先考虑
At least 8 years of relevant working experience in MEP engineering;
至少八年以上的机械/电气/水暖工程的相关工作经验;
Working knowledge of China HSE requirements, China construction code;
具有中国安全要求的相关工作知识,熟悉中国建筑代码;
Familiarity with government approvals process;
熟悉政府批复流程;
Moderate in both written and spoken English;
中英文表达流利;
Understanding facility management and project program scheduling is a plus;
