工作职责 Job Responsibilities:
1. 协助起草、修改和完善人力资源相关管理制度和工作流程并监督、跟进制度的贯彻性；
Assist to draft, modify and complete related management rules and work flow of the HR area, supervise and
follow up the implementation.
2. HR系统的维护和数据及时更新包括但不限于员工信息录入、新合同信息、合同续签、社保和公积金年度最新 基数、员工年度培训课程、员工离职信息和客户工资报表等；
Maintain the HR system, update the data including but not limited to employee information put in, new labor
contract information, renew the labor contract, social insurance and housing fund annual basis, annual training course for the employee, employee’s resignation information and payroll service for customers, etc.
3. 协助受理员工投诉，处理劳动争议、纠纷，进行劳动诉讼；
Assist to deal with the employees’ complaint, labor dispute, and execute the legal proceeding.
4. 完善并跟进各项员工福利，维护、优化员工安全和健康的工作环境；
Complete and implement the employees’ warfare, maintain and optimize the safety and healthy working
environment.
5. 协助完成公司各部门员工年终工作绩效考核工作，维护员工关系；
Assist to make the employment performance assessment, maintain the relationship between employees.
6. 协助规划员工活动，推动公司理念及企业文化的形成
Assist the company activities, set-up and promote the company culture;
7. 文件,资料的翻译
Documents translate
8. 给客户提供专业的服务和接受客户的HR咨询。
Provide professional service and as the HR consultant for clients.
9. 负责签约客户的工资项目。
In charge of signed clients ‘salary projects..
10. 完成首席行政官交办的其他事项工作。
Other tasks assigned by the CAO.

基本要求Minimum Qualifications:
1. 五年以上人力资源职位工作经验；
5 years or above working experience in Human Resource
2. 熟悉国家相关劳动人事法规政策；
Be familiar with relevant labor regulation and policy
3. 良好的英文沟通，书写能力和计算机操作能力；
Good English communication ability and computer skill
4. 人力资源管理或相关专业本科以上学历；
Human resources management or relevant bachelor degree or above

  宁波北欧工业园区（英文NORDIC INDUSTRIAL PARK，简称NIP）是浙江省镇海经济开发区的园中园。园区位于宁镇公路与金川路交叉口，明州大桥以东，距宁波北高教园区、宁波大学、中科院宁波材料研究所不足3公里，距宁波新市政府约15分钟车程，毗邻镇海码头和北仑港集装箱码头。已建成的地铁2号线一期特意在园区入口专门设立了一个站点（清水浦站），地理位置优越，交通便利
   Nordic Industrial Park (“NIP” for short) is an industrial park within Zhenhai Economic Development Zone, located at the intersection of Ningzhen Road and Jinchuan Road; to the east of Mingzhou Bridge; with no more than three kilometers away from Ningbo North Higher Education Zone, Ningbo University and Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology & Engineering Chinese Academy of Sciences; about 15 minutes by car from the place where the Ningbo Government (new) locates ; and close to Zhenhai Wharf and Beilun Container Terminal. The first phase of MRT Line II (completed already) has set a station (Qing Shui Pu) on NIP property.

  The park covers a total land area of 282,000 m2 (approx. 435 mu) with a total floor area of gross 180,000 m2 (Customized production/assembly facilities: 145,000 m2; High standard office buildings: 35,000 m2). As one of the most distinctive and upscale Industrial Parks in Zhejiang and even throughout the country, NIP possesses first-rate IT rooms, optical networks straightly linking to overseas, network devices connecting to ERP data abroad, and is equipped with first-class meeting rooms, training rooms, gymnasiums, Chinese restaurant, western restaurant, lounges, greenery, etc.

  As the largest concentration of foreign enterprises in Ningbo, NIP has more than 50 tenants who are all wholly foreign-owned small and medium –sized companies; over 80% are from Nordic countries like Norway, Denmark, Sweden etc. In the year of 2013, the total industrial output value of NIP reached RMB 1.4 billion, bringing more than RMB 3 billion total industrial output values along the industry chains. In that very year, the amount of tax payment by the whole park was over RMB 100 million. With the tax amount per mu of RMB 250,000, NIP stands out as one of the largest tax payers (per mu) in Zhejiang Province.

  Specializing in offering unique production/assembly/office facilities with overall business services, NIP strives to assist overseas corporate (especially those from Nordic countries) set up Representative Office, WFOE, FICE in Ningbo. The park was founded by Styrbjorn AS (a Norwegian Private Equity Firm) and Mr. Ove Nodland in 2002, and it is among the first wholly foreign owned and operated Industrial Parks in China. In August 2013, Silver Rise (Hong Kong) Pte. Ltd took over the ownership of NIP by acquiring 100% of the shares from NIP Norway. Currently, NIP administration team has 39 employees enrolled, among them, more than 30 hold the Bachelor’s Degree or above; 10 with the professional / technical titles, and Mr. Ove Nodland, the Norwegian founder of the park, Honorary Citizen of Ningbo, Winner of Camellia Award (set for extraordinary foreign experts in Ningbo).
