Function description:

?In charge of mechanical design, simulation and test for EV charger products, deliver results on-schedule

Key Personality characteristics:

?Well balanced, self-motivated and driven professional with a strong presence.
?Able to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team with both senior and junior members.
?Able to delegate and very result orientated.
?Clear and concise communicator

Key technical characteristics:

?BS/MS degree in related field with at least 3 year experience is required
?Background in at least one of the following areas is required:
1)High power supplies (UPS, Inverter etc.) design.
2)Electrical system design.
?Proficient utilization of tools
1)AutoCAD/ProE, required
2)Corel draw, preferred
?Good English communication skills (oral and written) –CET 4 is required.
?Strong interpersonal and team playing skills.

Key responsibilities:

?Implement Mechanical design, 2D / 3D designed, make the samples.
?Develop and validate advanced mechanical technologies for power products.
?Part approval & engineering change
?Trouble shooting for manufacturing issues, supplier issues, solve problems independently
?Cooperate with electrical, thermal, layout, EMC and safety engineers to push forward the development of new products.
?Provide the digital prototype for 3D SOP, animation, wires routing and assembled process.
?Track the samples, guide prototype building, check the SOP
?Material management and purchase, control material cost, material recognized, complete new product BOM
