SUMMARY

Reporting to the Sr. Services Engineer, the maintenance planner will coordinate between operation team and execution team (Mechanical Maintenance and E&I Maintenance teams / Contractors). Together with maintenance teams, she/he will be responsible for planning and scheduling the corrective and preventive maintenance work orders by setting the required plans for estimating the required craft man hours, reserving materials, and issuing required support services from external contractors. She/he will also be responsible for the shutdown planning. She/he will supervise SAP work orders to improve the planning and scheduling performance for the maintenance activities. She/he, as key user for SAP, will be responsible of creating and updating the information in the system, and supporting others in this matter.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Review & check the created notifications for proper parameters;
2. Arrange the weekly meeting and prepares weekly and daily schedules by reviewing backlog and coordinating
work requirements with operation team maintenance teams and contractors;
3. Together with maintenance teams visit jobsite whenever necessary to determine job description accuracy and job
requirements;
4. Generating work orders according to the notification specifications and the maintenance team technical
requirements;
5. Together with maintenance team, plans and estimates the work orders by determining job requirements,
breaking the job down into sequential steps/operations and identifying the materials, special tools and
equipment required for the job;
6. As SAP key user, supports and trains others in planification, scheduling and SAP;
7. Coordinates the acquisition of resources with materials, services and others;
8. Initiates a service order request as required in SAP if needed;
9. Responsible for updating master, creating preventive plan, task, bill of material, etc. in SAP;
10. Follow up the work status with the maintenance teams;
11. Updates work order status as to whether jobs are workable or unworkable, percent completed, estimated
completion date, reasons for delay and other pertinent information;
12. Close the job when the work order was TECO completed and remove it from the schedule;
13. Provides KPIs report on areas performance by providing reports and monitoring charts on key indicators;
14. Collaborates to solving problems relating to his/her field of expertise;
15. Performs tasks relating to mandates entrusted to him/her;
16. Contributes to the achievement of the mission of the company.

PROFILE
1. Required Qualifications:
2. Holds a bachelor degree in Engineering (chemical or mechanical) or in equivalence;
3. 8-year experience in maintenance field, preferably three-year experience in maintenance planning and scheduling
function.
4. Good knowledge of SAP PM and MM module
