职位描述
1. Brief Description
As the entrance level, this position is to be responsible for data input and essential documents preparation for both outbound and inbound shipments, follow up documents/shipments pending items, communicate n cooperate with other functions to facilitate the BL & loading process, keep data in alliance with system requirement, so as to ensure al the shipping information are input accurately and timely. Phone call handling to assist customer solve the problem they have.
2. Key Result Areas
- To ensure all the bookings are input in a timely and accurate manner
- To follow up the pending issues with both internal and external customers
- To communicate n cooperate with both internal n external customers to smooth BL n shipment process
- To handle generic phone call to help customer out
- To get well known about APL business nature/the daily working process of CS function & secure the generic shipping knowledge
3. Key Accountabilities/Duties
- Data input & essential documents preparation
- Be familiar with the system logic
- Report running for checking the data accuracy, such as the destination, routing.
- Phone call handling to provide the info customer require n solve the problem customer has.
- Documentation filing work
- Customer contact to solve Doc/Shpt pending problems.
4. Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 0~1 year working experience
- Good English written and speaking skills
- Good PC skills, typing speed with 200wpm at least
- Shipping industry related knowledge is a plus
- Eager to learn, team work spirit, carefulness and patience, good communication and interpersonal skills
