Job Responsibility:

- New product development supporting(including PSA related actions, and SIP creating, Process control & design, APQP documents etc.) & consolidation project management;
- New vendor sourcing engineering supporting(including new vendor technical and capacity assessment, and audit etc.)
- Product specification data collection and inspection checklist making;
- PSIG(Pre Shipment Inspection Grading) and its application;
- Vendor production process Vendors' QA system set up and the first audit.

Job Requirement:

- Degree in either mechanical or manufacturing engineering OR equivalent experience
- Min. 6 years experience in the manufacturing of electro-mechanical product
- Must have projects associated with product cost reductions and quality improvements on existing products.
- Must be able to demonstrate their knowledge in areas of progressive dies (stamping), injection molding, die casting, material finishes, assembly techniques, lean manufacturing and value methodology (VE/VA) essential.
- Must have the ability to converse in English and Cantonese or Mandarin. Capable of providing information and data both verbally and written with all levels of personnel, internal and external. Experience in USA Manufacturing highly desirable.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work across all technical and operational disciplines associated with the manufacture of electro-mechanical products.
- Must be capable of assisting or leading teams in value methodology (VE/VA).
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills in order to work with both ACCO internal and vendors to achieve the desired project goals.

- Skills in Excel, Word and MS Project software's essential.
