岗位职责：1.负责淘宝/天猫店铺日常销售的售前、售中、售后过程的处理与维护；
2.监控订单异常信息，处理售后及维权问题；
3.及时做好客户反馈问题的登记工作，并及时回复客户所提出问题；
4.负责客服部门日常管理，客服人员的KPI考核，并制定针对性的培训提升计划并落实，激励客服成长；
5.协助运营团队其他相关工作的处理。


任职资格：
1.中专及以上学历；
2.快消品（FMCG）、服装、母婴类目知名品牌淘宝售后岗位满1年；
3.熟练应用计算机办公软件；
4.较强的数据分析能力、沟通协调能力及团队合作能力。

About Petland
