Main responsibilities :

1.Industrialization and improvement projects in factory (Production Engineering)

2.Design and implement Factory Maintenance

3.Manage and command production engineering and maintenance team.

4.Directly report to the Factory Director on daily basis and occasionally to the General Manager.

Position required:

1.Experience as an engineering manager or senior hi-tech machinery engineer for at least 5 years.

2.Education and background on mechanical or machinery engineering degree in University.

3.Knowledge about preventive maintenance and maintenance management in factory.

4.Skilful to motivate a team and improve relationship among colleagues and other workers.

5.High persuasion capacity to lead and promote improvements and innovative changes in the factory.

6.Very team oriented whether with Chinese or foreign people.

7.Capable to manage and drive complex projects where different people and teams get involved (Production, QC, Maintenance, Product Engineering, Warehouse, Suppliers, Purchasing, Finance, Planning and HHRR)

8. Methodical and detail oriented to assure 100% achievement.

9.Proactive and positive mentality.

10.Highly motivated even before big difficulties and barriers from other colleagues.

11. Skillful user of Windows office software (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, MS Project and Outlook)

12.Chinese Nationality. Native Mandarin.

13.Good enough oral and writing English for business and engineering.

14.Willing to work about two Saturdays per month

15.Other knowledge and experiences are greatly appreciated such Industrialization project management , factory automation or robotization, maintenance management (TPM), designing drawing by computer, manufacturing Improvement techniques ( 5S, Lean Management, Kaizen ), Purchasing, Quality control tools, statistics or Six Sigma management.

1.Salary to be negotiated from 9,000 to 15,000 rmb per month.

工艺工程 & 制造革新经理

主要工作职责：

1.进行工厂工业化和项目改进（生产工程）

2.设计构思如何才能够更好的实施工厂的维护

3.管理和控制指挥工厂的工艺工程和器械维护

4.定期向总经理以及经常向厂长进行相关汇报

职位要求：

1. 至少有5年工程部经理（技术经理）或者从事资深高科技器械工程师的经验。

2.有本科机械或机械工程学位背景者优先。

3.能够拥有相关工厂定期检修和维修管理技术知识。

4.擅长于激发团队积极性以及能够很好地改善同事与员工之间的关系。

5.在工厂中具有较强的说服领导力，并能够很好地推动厂内改进和创新变革。

6.具有团队合作精神。对于涉及到各种类型的人或团队的较为复杂的项目具有较强的管理和领导能力（Production, QC, Maintenance, Product Engineering, Warehouse, Suppliers, Purchasing, Finance, Planning and HHRR）。

7. 做事有条理，注重细节，有决心能够完成任务。

8. 拥有积极主动的心态。

9.善于处理团队成员之间的矛盾，在困难面前永不气馁并能鼓励以及影响同事。

10.熟练掌握office软件操作(Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, MS Project and Outlook)

11.中国国籍，国语流利。

12.具有较强的商务英语与工程专业英语口语与书写能力。

13.愿意每个月有2个星期为单休。

14.有其他的相关技能以及经验，如：工业化项目管理，工厂自动化、机械化和维护管理（TPM），会用电脑设计绘图，制造业改进技术（5S，精益化管理，经营方法改善），采购，质量控制，统计或六西格玛管理-----拥有此方面经验或技术者优先考虑。
