职责概述：
候选人能够独立和自主的执行以下任务：
技术精通并有丰富的商业客户咨询经验，与现场工作人员联系提供以客户为导向的技术服务。
回答客户在金属切削领域的的咨询;
介绍公司和公司产品。
提供解决切削工具问题的方案给我们的客户。
拥有夹具知识将是一个额外的优势。
必须有2年以上加工工艺工程师经验。

责任的详细定义：
- 发展切削刀具的销售
-在现场给客户和工作人员提供技术指导。
- 处理客户技术咨询
- 切削工具的培训和研讨会（包括内部和外部客户）。
- 给客户介绍新工具。
- 为客户的金属切削过程中的技术问题提供解决方案
- 收集市场（技术）知识
- 竞争对手的知识，观察竞争对手（特别是在技术领域内）。
- 技术准备和按照规定的标准追溯。 （选择合适的工具）。

专业技能/个人能力/专业经验等
-在金属切削领域的完善的技术教育。
- 有数控机床/车床的专业技术经验将会是一个优势。
- 熟练操作MS Office
- 良好的解决问题的态度
- 乐于与客户沟通。

General definition of area of responsibilities:
The job holder executes the following tasks independently and autonomously:
Technically very competent and commercial experienced customer consulting, as well as contact to field staff in terms of a customer-oriented technical service offering.
Answer customer enquiries especially in the field of metal cutting;
Presentation of products and the company.
Provide solutions to our customers cutting problems.
Knowledge of clamping will be a plus
Must have practical experience as process engineer for more than 2 years.


Detailed definition of area of responsibilities:
- Development of cutting tool sales
- Technical contact for customer and field staff in the field of cutting.
- Handling of technical customer inquiries
- Cutting Trainings and Workshops (internally & externally together with the customer).
- Inform customer about new tools.
- Technical problem solver for the customer’s metal cutting processes
- Collect (technical) market knowledge
- Competitor knowledge, watching of competitors (especially in the field of techniques).
- Technical Quotation preparation and tracking by defined criteria. (right tool for the usage).
- Preparing of negotiation documents (technical >> conditions) in collaboration with field staff .
- Determination of procurement possibilities and technical inquiries for special items in collaboration with purchasing and field staff.
- Other tasks assigned by manager

Professional Skills / Personal Capabilities / Professional experience, etc. /
- Sound technical education in the metal cutting sector.
- Technical experience at the CNC machine / lathe will be a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Problem solving attitude
- Enjoys dealing with customers.
- Team oriented.
- English fluent.
