目标Objective：

-监督日常实验室检测工作，保证检测工作的质量，使其过程和程序达到或超过客户要求及公司目标。

-Supervise the daily lab testing work and insure the quality of testing work and make the process and procedure meet or exceed the client’s requirements and company’s objective.

任务和职责 Duties and Responsibilities

-监督本部门的日常检测工作，当发现检测中有不符合标准规范和程序的情况时，应及时予以纠正，必要时有权终止检测工作。

-Supervise the daily testing work in the department, when any non-conformity with the standard procedures is found, correct it in time or stop the test if needed under authority.

-做好监督记录，并向各部门负责人报告发现的问题。

-Complete the supervision records, and report the issues found to operation manager.

-在处理检测的质量问题时，配合有关部门做好调查工作。

-When handling test quality issues, cooperate with relevant departments to complete the investigation.

-熟悉监督范围内的专业知识以及质量体系文件，掌握与检测有关的最新标准、规范。

-Be familiar with the professional knowledge and quality system, master the latest standards related to testing.

技能和要求Skills and Requirements

-擅长写作和口头沟通及人际关系能力。

-Strongly on written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

-熟悉相关规定、测试标准、测试方法及过程。

-Be familiar with relevant regulations, test standards, methods and process.

-了解质量管理体系的相关内容，熟悉检测的全过程和各阶段的具体质量要求。

-Have the knowledge of quality management system, be familiar with the whole process of testing and the detailed quality requirement of each stage.

-知道如何评价检测结果，对检测数据正确与否有判断能力。

-Have the knowledge of evaluating testing results, have the ability to judge the accuracy of test data.

教育和经验 Education and Experience

-大专以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验或技术背景。

-College or above, have relevant working experience or technical background for 3 years or above.

-了解检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求（ISO 17025）及其他相关国际/国内标准（ISO 9001）。

-Be familiar with ISO17025 and other international/national standards (ISO9001).
