成本控制及财务分析专员

Job Description:

1.Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide advise to General Manager and Finance Director.

2.Be accountable on performance of DSO (the duration for payment receivable) and bad debt issue. Perfect credit and collection policies, and make sure it will be better.

3.Review and analyse existing cost system, and be able to identify opportunities for the division to effective control and plan each usage and overhead.

4.Oversee annual budget process for wholly-owned company.

5.Establish budgetary review and monitor system.

6.Assist each division manager set up cost control system/process.

7.Conduct analyses of potential investments.

Business Impact:

1.Improve service efficiency through the establishment and monitoring of services KPI.

2.Optimize each usages and overhead through better financial management.

3.Rationalize overhead expense.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor or above Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

2.Excellent communication and presentation skill in both speaking & written of Mandarin & English (CET-6 or above).

3.At least three-year working experiences in cost control or finance analyse as the specialist in multinational company.

4.Master cost control and finance management ,with abundant capital operation experiences and solid financial knowledge.

5.Be proficient in MS Office, Yongyou, JDE, etc.

6.Have a very logic mind and strong analytical thinks.

7.Good business sense and problem-solving capability.

8.Mature,aggressive,persistant,able to executive and team player.

9.Excellent skills in learning and understanding & detail orientation.

2.英文流利（英语水平6级或以上）,卓越的沟通技巧和表达能力；

3.至少三年外企成本控制和财务分析的工作经验；

4.精通成本控制和财务管理，具备丰富资本运营经验和财务理论知识；

5.精通Microsoft办公软件、JDE及用友财务软件；

6.较强的逻辑思维能力和分析能力；

7.良好的商业头脑和解决问题的能力；

8.成熟，具有较强的开拓精神，持久精神， 执行能力和团队精神；

9.优秀的学习能力和组织理解能力，并注重细节。

Our services are organized by product lines: Testing and Inspection for Toys and Hard lines; Testing and Inspection for Textile products; Certification, Testing and Inspection for Electrical and Electronic Products (LCIE); Social Accountability Audit & Factory Assessment.

The Government Services & International Trade division specialized in trade facilitation, import valuation and inspection of goods, in order to provide our clients with an effective safety and quality control, as well as compliance with trade regulations.
