职位：财务分析专员

工作地点：都乐中国总部（上海，外高桥）

所属部门：都乐中国财务部

汇报对象：中国区财务总监

工作职责;

1. 编制管理报表并全面勾稽运营数据与财务报表数据；
2. 协助财务总监对公司整体营收、成本费用、资产、负债等进行月度财务分析，制作财报；
3. 负责公司业务单元的财务分析工作，并出具业绩分析月报，指导分公司结账；
4. 定时与亚太总部上传财报相关文件；
5. 分析各业务单元/部门费用预算执行情况，并进行趋势、差异分析；
6. 为业务决策提供及时准确的财务状况模拟分析；
7. 对公司运营数据、销售数据、区域数据、产品数据、推广数据等进行分析。
8. 为公司中国区员工绩效考核提供财务报表依据。


To the company whole financial and operational situation analysis, make written report.
*The company's assets, liabilities, owners' equity situation analysis of concrete quantification, through comparison during, found that the problem and abnormal put forward rational Suggestions to AP office and Global HQ.
*To budget, costs, plan for the receipt and expenditure of funds are analyzed, and the abnormal situation matures and puts forward some suggestions.
*Responsible for submission related financial statements, ensure accurate and timely, reports, including (but not limited to): the balance sheet, income statement, the profit distribution table, the cash flow statement, cost analysis tables, trend analysis form etc.
*Analysis company income, profit realization condition, puts forward reasonable suggestions.
*To the internal control system, the report summarized the implementation and puts forward some Suggestions and measures to China Finance Director.
*To plan and foresee the marketing activities by the data comes from company and industry.
*Grasp at China GAAP and financial regulations and financial management.
*Any other task assigned by Finance Director.

职位要求的典型教育背景、经验和技能:

• 本科及以上全日制大学，财会科目优先考虑。
• 1年以上财会工作经验，有丰富报表制作经验尤佳。
• 英语读写能力优秀，能流利对外沟通（全英文邮件和电话交流）。
