JOBS TO BE DONE:
Job Purpose: Briefly describe (in one or two sentences) the position’s purpose or role.
Provide active leadership and execution of a strategic plan for Company’s business in
China, Conduct market studies, manage and develop a product sales strategy to
achieve profitable growth requirements for targeted markets and customers in the
China market
Essential Functions: Identify the essential functions or accountabilities of the job in order of importance. Show what percentage of the job accounts for each major activity.
1. Responsible for the Sales activities in the China market. To be an active contributor to the Development of the Strategy & Commercial Action Plan for China market.
2. Responsible for the elaboration and consecution of the Annual Sales Forecast: to monitor activities against goals and objectives and to develop corrective actions to meet the set targets.
3. To research and visit all the existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and offering our technical solution – product and service – for their application.
4. Projects follow up: To work closely with internal for product development, samples deliveries and product homologation.
5. Negotiation, under the established margins, of the sales conditions, payment terms, discounts and resells. To develop a deep knowledge of the competitors.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelor's Degree or above
? Above 8 year experience in a similar position with either OEM or Tier 1 supplier. Deep knowledge of the Chinese Automotive manufacturer market, especially on bus, trucks of Off road vehicles
Engineering or Mechanical background
? Have ERP knowledge, such as EB2/SAP
? Mandarin
High level written and oral English
? Windows office software, especially excel and PowerPoint
? Integrity and Trust
? Diligence and strong sense of responsibility
? Team work, good communication skill
Self-motivated, well organized and task oriented
