Job Description
Job title: National Sales Director (Absorption Chiller)
Report to: Vice GM
Responsibilities:
1.参与制订公司营销战略,并负责相关决策和战略的执行以达成公司营运目标
2.制订销售目标、销售计划并分解各区域的销售计划
3.制定及执行新业务推广的计划以满足新业务发展目标
4.定期对市场营销环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析,及时调整营销策略和计划,制定预防和纠正措施,确保完成营销目标和营销计划及客户满意
5.随时把握最新行业信息,为公司提供中国业务发展的战略依据
6.负责部门的日常管理工作,规范销售流程,负责部门员工的评估、发展及培训
a) Ensure the completion of company strategy on sales and marketing, complete sales plan in short and long
b) Make and implement sales annual business plan, ensure the completion of every annual sales target including order booking, invoicing and payment, ect.
c) Make and implement new business development plan through new geographic area reach to meet sales development plan
Analyze marketing environment, target, business activities regularly, coordinate with various other department to ensure meet the sales target and customer satisfaction.
d) Provide product development plan according to marketing development in the future to guide product development in company.
e) Responsible for performance and training management of sales team, identify potential person and ensure succession plan for key position in sales team.
Requirements:
1.具有制冷或空调相关专业毕业、市场营销等相关专业大专或本科以上学历
2.10年以上销售工作经验,5年以上销售管理经验
3.熟悉国内吸收式制冷机的相关企业,在冷热工程行业内有稳定的客户资源
4.优秀的团队建设和管理经验,善于协调营销团队的工作,具备优秀的团队激励技能
5.有敏锐的市场意识、应变能力、领导能力和独立开拓市场的能力
6.良好的中英文沟通能力
7.能够适应经常出差
a) Bachelor degree or above, major in HVAC ,business, marketing or relevant field.
b) 10+ years solid country sales manager experience in multinationals.5+ years sales management experience.
c) Familiar with Absorption chillers, Have full resource of customer in cooling and heating market.
d) Excellent team construction and management, Strong communication/presentation skill, excellent team motivation skill, Strong interpersonal skills and influence others effectively and positively.
e) Have the keen market consciousness, strain capacity, leadership and expand the market independently.
f) Good written and oral communication skills both in Chinese & English.
g) Willing to travel extensively within China.
