Job Description:

- Responsible for overall GL and Costing accounting
activities for Solenis (Shanghai) Chemicals Co., Ltd, and completely meet SAP
Month End Closing Timetable without Errors.

- Assist in the management of daily financial &
accounting operations & reporting.

- Make sure all internal control processes are in legal
and SOX compliance.

- Making sure accounting system comply with US GAAP and
PRC Accounting rules.

- Ensure the timely and accurate submission of US
Reporting, Statutory Reporting

- Coordination with external parties (external auditors,
tax advisors, etc.).

Requirement:

- Bachelor or above degree majored in Finance and accounting, having CPA or ACCA is a plus

- More than 5 years relative experiense in MNC Chemical Company.

- Proficient in
computer skills MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Familiar with ERP systems
such as SAP is preferred

- Good command in both
written and spoken English and Chinese
