JOB OBJECTIVES:

To independently handle assigned accounting activities with highly efficiency and satisfaction

To provide support to superior on handling complex accounting topics with more efficient cross communication and output

JOB SCOPE:

According to business needs, support on MSC for all General ledger account issues

Perform more complex accounting activities according to GAAP to control the organizations financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reconcile more complex accounts and check the accuracy of journal entries to ensure that the general ledger is accurate and complete

Be responsible for monthly end closing, Check and analysis monthly financial report as well as monthly comments so that the senior management has accurate and timely information for making financial decisions

Lead the monthly report meeting with HQ colleague with good explanation of the deviations(ACT vs.PLN)

Support manage to prepare annual planning and rolling forecast to ensure the whole process is working smoothly

Support manager to deal with year end audit and work with external auditor to meet Global deadline

Provide technical accounting advice within area of expertise to functional or operational areas managers to help them to develop revenue and expenses budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their responsibilities

Be responsible for yearly physical counting, such as SOE warehouse, Inventory, Fix Assets etc

Safeguard assets and assure accurate and timely recording of all transactions

Be responsible for TP report to mitigate the tax risk

Prepare all reports related Hi-Tech and make sure company can get the tax refund timely and correctly

Coach less experienced accounting staff and help them resolve problems and work independently

Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):

At least four years G/L working experience in Foreign Invested Company;

Accountant Qualification Certificate holder;

Proficiency in the use of ERP system

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

Manufacturing plant

Be Familiar with SAP system
