Job Summary:




Develops best practices to assess new products to ensure voice of the customer feedback is considered so Mary Kay remains competitive and maintains its Quality reputation. Through the implement of verification in development stage'to make sure that the new product launch based on the risk assessment.



Job Responsibilties:






Designs, implements and monitors corporate wide processes for new product design/development including quality by design tools to help ensure that voice of the customer feedback is considered globally to support one global standard for quality, safety and performance. Analytical Testing: Performs or oversees analytical tests utilizing chromatography, spectroscopy, wet chemical analysis, and other known tests according to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) on raw materials as well as testing of bulk and/or finished product as required to qualify new sources of raw materials. Establishes ingredient specifications to minimize risk and documents test results in Mary Kay business systems. Reviews Certificates of Analyses of raw materials and compares to required quality specifications. Reviews Certificates of Material Origin. Recommends approval or rejection of raw materials, based on test results, technical risk assessment and quality systems & facility assessments when applicable. Testing may include application of raw material in a product batch and stability testing. (30%)



Through the verification of line trial component and line trial' to make sure the developing stage can be moved stable. Provide the necessary test and quality requirements to PQE and MKT. Integrate the QbD in the Green Loop. And handle the F.G shipping test.Analytical Equipment: Responsible for recommending acquisition of necessary analytical equipment, and for managing the repair and maintenance of laboratory equipment required for this role in order to extend equipment life and decrease maintenance expenditures. (5%)



Initiate the F.Gs test Spec and test method for new products. Also the overall information sheet and Std samples before mass production. And define the Critical quality point to new product, transfer dimension test to go no-go test.%)



Sharing the customers' needs to PQE and MKT, build up the quality sense in developing stage. And provide the quality options to PQE and MKT based on the price and improvement rate.



5. Experience sharing with team member about makeup products





Job Qulifications:



- at least 3 years QA management experience in


Cosmetics, Drug or Food company.

Go through the job related JDE training and pass the necessary examination to be qualified user.






-Chemical, Biological, Pharmaceutical or relative major in junior college




-good understanding on GMP




-good understanding on ISO9001




-fluent spoken English
