Specific duties including, but not restricted to:

- Monitoring of Incoming and Outgoing shipments
- Manage storage locations and inventory within the facility
- Coordinate with vendors to settle possible customs declaration issue
- Supervise warehouse subcontractor to maintain customer KPI’s
- Feedback to responsible logistics coordinator in Lo Wu office
- Organizes and supervises physical stock-taking to verify accuracy of inventory items on a regular basis.
- Monitor and manage warehouse based on WR instructions and standards
- Review monthly efficiency of facility and make suggestions of how to improve
- Follow on Safety and Security Standards correct or implement such where necessary

Job Requirements:

? Ability to communicate effectively.
? Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel software, bar code scanning
? Knowledge of logistics/warehouse business
? Good customer service and customer oriented.
? Good organized daily work and pro-active attitude.
