A fast-growing trading and business development company is seeking to recruit a dynamic Quality Inspector for their Shenzhen office.
The successful candidate will likely possess the following attributes:
Requirements and Experience:
- Mandarin speaker, minimum 24 years old
- Engineering Degree or related discipline is necessary.
- Minimum 1 years in quality department, International Trading or similar functions.
- Excellent English communication skills: Talking, reading and writing.
- Familiar with Plastic, Metal, and Ceramic Manufacturing Process
- Good skills in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word.

Functions
- Performs QA and QC inspections at B2B Vendors locations across China
- Ensures that all products manufactured are in accordance with the company's quality assurance program and quality/reliability standards that satisfy customer specifications and expectations.
- Ensures implementation of quality control procedures, in-process inspections and completed product inspections.
- Supports NPD and vendor continuous quality improvement, including writing product spec, master sample approval
- Assist in the development, implementation and strict adherence to a quality assurance program.
- Assist in the development and/or reviews standards, policies and procedures for all functions and departments involved with or related to the production of all products.
- Reviews and resolves quality control problems/concerns with the Operations Director and others including vendors, customers,.
- Periodically inspects completed quality control checklists, forms and other documents; randomly inspects and verifies quality control checks for conformance to prescribed standards.
- Schedules and performs quality assurance audits and reports findings; develops corrective action plans and oversees timely resolution.
- Receives and reviews all customer satisfaction surveys and customer contacts and complaints. Prepares reports and other documentation required by regulatory agencies and to support the quality assurance function.
- Based in Shenzhen, frequent travelling necessary
