POSITION OBJECTIVE 职位目标:
To support equipment maintenance & provide emergency measures to ensure regular production.
为活禽生产场提供设备运行维护、维修、技术支持等应急措施，保障生产正常运行。
RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责:
1、To ensure all equipment & related facility in farms working regularly.
保证所有鸡场养殖设备及其他配套设备系统的正常运行。
2、To make maintenance plan & constructed them & make other facility emergency measures.
制定并执行维护计划，制定养殖及其他配套设备方面的应急预案。
3、To count and analyze the equipment issues & make maintenance process.
设备问题统计，分析，作出相应维护、维修流程。
4、To do related equipment reformation work.
养殖设备及其他相关附属设施的计划性改造。
5、To provide technique & statistic’s support for choosing & installing the equipment.
为设备选型、安装提供技术、数据支持。
6、To finish other works are given by manager.
完成设备经理交给的其他工作

KEY COMPETENCIES & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS 主要资质&学识要求:
(Include both technical know how and soft skills such as communication skill etc)
(包括技能以及沟通技巧之类的软件能力 )

Knowledge学识
1、 相关工作经验3年以上。To have over 3 years electric working experience.
2、 有驾照，驾龄1年或以上。To have driving license over one year.
3、 熟练使用日常办公软件。To use office software frequently.
4、 组织协调能力强，能够协调各部门完成相应工作。To have organization & coordination ability then to finish all work coordinate with each department.
5、 有一定的概括能力，计划能力，逻辑思维强，思维敏捷。To have general & plan ability and good in logical thinking & quickly response.

6、 有全局意识。To have global consciousness。

Work Experience工作经历：
1、 two years or above equipment management experience /2年以上设备管理经验
2、 To have equipment maintenance experience. 养殖设备维护经验优先考虑。


MINIMUM FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT最低学历要求:
1、 college degree or above & related electric major /大专以上学历，机电相关专业
2、 fluent in Mandarin & Written English普通话、英语笔译流畅
